Rolonda Andrews, Entrepreneur, Realtor, Investor, Commercial Mortgage Broker
Rolonda Andrews has been an entrepreneur since 1994. Prior, she was a manager at a Marriott - Fairfield Inn Hotel in Sterling Heights, MI. After leaving Marriott, Rolonda relocated to Atlanta, GA. Soon after her arrival to Atlanta, she opened “Rolo’s Beauty & Barber Salon.” After 5 years of operating her salon, she sold it & went to real estate school. Rolonda has been a licensed Realtor© in the Atlanta metro area since 1999. She purchased her first investment property in 2000.
Rolonda ventured into Mortgage Lending in 2002. In 2005, she opened her own mortgage company, “First Choice Funding.” She operated her mortgage company for 2.5 years until the market crashed in 2007 – 2008. While managing her mortgage company, Rolonda obtained her insurance license in 2006; currently a full service insurance agent.
She has helped many investors build and manage their real estate portfolios while protecting their businesses & their family’s future. She quickly found her niche….the real estate investor. Later, she transitioned to owing a commercial mortgage company, “Premier Lending Solutions,” currently servicing real estate investors “only” nationwide.
Rolonda has purchased many properties and has participated in hundreds of transactions…real estate, mortgage, investments & insurance.
